My name is

Marta Lewin

I believe that each of us already has everything she needs within herself.
But we don’t always know how to hear that quiet voice inside.

Life can become overwhelming — with responsibilities, expectations, and the fear of what others might say.
Until at some point, we begin to feel that somewhere along the way… we lost ourselves.

I used to feel that way too.
I was the one who wanted everyone to be satisfied.
The one who took criticism as the truth about herself, and treated others’ opinions as an authority.
I lived according to a script that wasn’t mine.

My story

If you feel that what you’ve been building for years is starting to shake — I know how that feels.
If you feel like you’re living a life that isn’t yours, like you’ve lost yourself somewhere along the way — I’ve been there too.

For nearly twenty years, I worked as a landscape architect.
I liked my work, but after my husband passed away — when I became a single mother — I began to feel more and more clearly that this was no longer my path.

For too long, I chose what I “should” do, or what others believed was “best” for me and my life.

Burnout, chronic stress, emotional and physical exhaustion began to layer on top of each other.
It was a moment of deep pause — a time when everything that had been holding me together stopped working.

When I looked at what had fallen apart, I began to see something I hadn’t noticed before — treasures buried underneath — my inner resources.

I realised that in everything I had built in my adult life, there was very little of me.

The real me — the one who felt, dreamed, and wanted something more — had been hidden somewhere deep inside.

Slowly, with patience and tenderness, I began to rediscover her.
To dust her off.To acknowledge her needs.

I remembered how deeply I had always been interested in psychology, how natural it felt for me to listen to people, support them, and accompany them through moments of change.

I began studying the foundations of therapy, completed a coaching course, and started working with others in their processes.
This was the beginning of a new path — a path back to myself and to supporting others in finding themselves.

Today, I am a personal development trainer, a mindset coach, and — soon — a hypnotherapist
(currently training in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy in Plymouth, United Kingdom).

I continue to grow and expand my skills so that I can support women who — just like I once did — feel stuck, held back, and know they want more but don’t know where to begin.

Marta Lewin

My approach I like to go deep. I like to work at the source — where our reactions, choices, and internal patterns are formed.

In my work, I combine coaching, mindset work, and elements of Solution Focused Hypnotherapy.

I believe that real change begins where there is safety, regulation, and genuine connection with yourself.

I don’t work with “problems” — I work with the person.
I don’t look for what needs to be fixed, but for what can be reclaimed.

I don’t believe in “self-improvement.” I believe in returning to yourself.

• they want to feel calm,

Each of my clients comes with a different story, but their needs are often connected by a common thread:

• they want to trust themselves,
• they want to act without fear and internal pressure,
• they want to feel that they are living their own life again.

I create a space where you can speak without judgment, where you can be yourself — even if you’re not yet sure who you are today.

I help you see yourself with more tenderness, recognise your inner resources, and step by step build a life aligned with who you truly are.

I don’t stand in front of you with ready-made answers.
I walk beside you — and remind you that you already have everything you need within you.

How I work

During sessions, we focus on solutions, not problems.
On what works, not on what is “broken.”

We don’t ignore difficult emotions — we learn to understand them, make space for them, and allow them to be felt at your own pace.

Often, it is the sense of calm that emerges in this process that becomes the beginning of real change.

When you stop fighting yourself and your past,
space opens up for new choices.
