stage 1

Returning to yourself

This stage is for you if:
• you feel overwhelmed, tense, and exhausted
• it’s hard for you to slow down, even when you have the space to do so
• you feel like you constantly “have to be doing something”
• you need to pause and reconnect with yourself

The goal of this stage is:
• to slow down excessive activation
• to restore a sense of safety
• to rebuild connection with your body, emotions, and natural rhythm
• to understand yourself and your needs
Forms of support at this stage:
• coaching cards In Your Garden of Life
• workshops and group sessions
• reflective work

This is often the first and safest step in the process of change.

stage 2

Reclaiming agency

This stage is for you if:
• you feel an impulse for change, but something is blocking you
• you postpone decisions and actions
• you hear a critical, pressuring voice in your head
• you know you’re capable of more, but you can’t seem to move forward
The goal of this stage is:
• to regain the ability to choose
• to calm the inner tension that accompanies decisions
• to act from a place of calm, not pressure
The form of support at this stage is:
• coaching based on nervous system regulation

This is the stage where clarity and real agency return.

Moving out of survival mode

This stage is for you if:
• you feel that the tension has been present for a long time
• you feel like your system “can’t switch off”
• you are stuck in a loop of stress, anxiety, or hyperactivity
• you know the issue goes deeper than the level of thoughts
The goal of this stage is:
• to move out of survival mode
• to achieve lasting nervous system regulation
• to restore access to calm, focus, and creativity
The form of support at this stage is:
• Solution Focused Hypnotherapy

This is precise, safe work with the nervous system
that supports lasting change.

How to choose the right step

You don’t have to decide on your own.

If:
• you primarily feel overwhelmed → start with Returning to yourself
• you feel ready for change but lack clarity → Reclaiming agency
• you know the tension has lasted too long → Moving out of survival mode

 

If you’re not sure — that’s completely okay.
During our conversation, we will explore together which stage will be the most supportive for you.

Change doesn’t have to begin with a “forever” decision.
Sometimes, one safe step is enough.
