The goal of this process isn’t quick change or a to-do list. The goal is clarity.
This is a space for women who feel they want change — but something is holding them back.
You feel stuck between what you “should” do and what is truly yours.
You know you’re capable of more, but it’s difficult to make decisions, move forward, or act with calm.
The coaching I offer is not about motivation or pushing you forward.
It is a process in which inner tension settles first — and only then do clarity, decisions, and the ability to act return.
Who this process is for:
This coaching is for you if:
• you live in constant pressure and inner tension;
• your mind is racing and you struggle with decision-making;
• you postpone action, even though you know what you want;
• you hear a critical, pressuring voice in your head;
• you feel like you act chaotically or with effort;
• you are in a moment of change and need clarity.
This is a process for women who are aware and reflective, and who:
• Expect a lot from themselves;
• Often give more than they receive;
What is the goal of coaching
The goal of this process is not quick change or a list of tasks.
The goal is clarity.
Clarity means that:
- you know what you want (and what you don’t want);
- you are able to make decisions without inner conflict;
- you act from a place of calm, not pressure;
- you have access to your sense of agency
From this clarity, agency naturally emerges —
the ability to choose and act in alignment with yourself.
Outcomes of the process
During and after the coaching process, clients most often:
• feel greater calm and inner stability;
• make decisions with more confidence;
• stop fighting themselves;
• act more consistently and with greater ease;
• trust themselves and their own pace.
This is not a change “for show.”
This is a change that lasts.
How we work
Coaching
The coaching process is calm, yet deep. We work at a pace that supports nervous system regulation and allows you to regain inner space.
During sessions:
- • we calm excessive tension and mental chaos;
• we learn to understand and soften the impact of the inner critic;
• we work with unhelpful beliefs that maintain pressure and blocks;
• we look at procrastination — not as a “lack of discipline,” but as a response to tension;
• we identify what is truly holding you back;
• we bring clarity to priorities and direction;
• we translate clarity into real, supportive action.
In my work, I use:
– coaching,
– tools that support nervous system regulation,
– and — where supportive — elements of subconscious work and brief hypnotic trance.
This allows the process to go beyond understanding,
and become more deeply integrated — within a calm and safe state of the nervous system.
What working together looks like
The first step is a free 30-minute initial consultation (online or by phone).
This is a space where we will:
• look at your current situation;
• heck whether coaching is the right stage for you;
• decide how I can best support you.
I offer coaching as a 1:1 process.
The number and frequency of sessions are tailored individually — depending on your needs and pace.
My approach
I don’t tell you how to live your life.
I don’t give ready-made answers.
I help you hear your own —
the ones that are already within you,
but have been drowned out by tension, pressure, and others’ expectations.
My goal is that after the process you:
• trust yourself
• know your direction
• are able to be your own support
